The Process

How a YAEYAH order works, from selection to dispatch.

Standard Dispatch

Select your size, choose Standard Dispatch, and order. Payment is taken at checkout. Your set ships directly to your selected size — no sizing exchange needed. We may still reach you on WhatsApp with a quick note before dispatch.

Tailored

Select your size, choose Tailored, and reserve. Your set is held. We reach you on WhatsApp — usually within one working day — to confirm your exact measurements before we ship. Dispatch is held until the fit is confirmed.

Why we do this

We sell sets that are paired before they leave the workroom. The last unresolved variable is the body inside them. We close that variable before the box ships — whether through a quick check or a full fit conversation.

Exchanges

If a piece does not sit correctly after dispatch, we exchange it. Original tags attached, unworn, within 14 days of receipt. The return shipment is on us inside India.
