The Brand

YAEYAH is a warm-climate menswear house operating from India. All products are designed, produced, and shipped from India unless otherwise stated.

Products

All products are subject to availability. We operate on a limited-production model. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor calibration and the nature of natural-dye and handloom fabrics. These variations are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country; these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. A confirmed order is one for which you have received a written order confirmation from us.

Shipping

Domestic orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may vary.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product imagery, copy, design, and the YAEYAH name — is the property of the brand. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YAEYAH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased through it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
