By accessing yaeyah.com or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site.
The Brand
YAEYAH is a sole proprietorship registered in Punjab, India (GSTIN 03GDTPS4738B1Z9). We make men's shirts and trousers in linen, cotton and wool, in limited runs, offered both ready to wear and cut to measure. All products are designed, produced and shipped from India.
Products
All products are subject to availability. We operate on a limited-production model. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Colours and textures may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor calibration and the nature of the cloth. Linen in particular varies in slub and surface from piece to piece. These variations are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without notice. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes levied by the destination country; these are the buyer's responsibility.
Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. A confirmed order is one for which you have received a written order confirmation from us.
Shipping
Standard Size orders are dispatched within one to two working days. Tailored Fit pieces are cut once we have your measurements — two to three days — and dispatched as soon as they are finished.
Within India, delivery takes three to six working days after dispatch. International orders may take ten to twenty-one working days depending on destination and customs processing. Estimated timelines are not guarantees and may vary.
Tailored Fit and Measurements
Tailored Fit garments are cut individually to measurements you supply, and are not returnable or exchangeable. We work through the measurements with you and confirm them before cutting.
If the finished piece does not fit as it should, we remake it once at our cost, provided you tell us within 7 days of delivery. We arrange collection of the first piece at our expense, and do not wait for it to reach us before cutting the replacement. The full remake terms, and the cases in which we refund instead, are set out in our Refund policy.
We keep any measurements you give us, so that later orders do not require them again. You may ask us to delete them at any time.
Returns and Refunds
Standard Size orders may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with tags attached. Return postage within India is paid by us. Tailored Fit pieces are cut to your own measurements and are not returnable or exchangeable; instead, if the piece does not fit as it should, we remake it once at our cost when you tell us within 7 days of delivery. We refund where you never sent measurements and nothing has been cut, or where the piece is faulty. Full detail is in our Refund policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including product imagery, copy, design, and the YAEYAH name — is the property of the brand. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YAEYAH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or products purchased through it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Punjab, India.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
