Most clothing is designed first and made from whatever cloth will carry the drawing. We work the other way round, because the cloth decides how a garment falls, how it ages, and how it reads on the fortieth wear rather than the first.

Italian and Irish linen. Long-staple cotton. Australian merino wool, including pure wool cloth. The cloth arrives from the mill with its origin on the selvedge — the woven edge, trimmed away when the garment is cut.

Every button is Australian mother-of-pearl, on shirts and trousers alike, including the trouser waistband and fly. Collars are built with an interlining that holds its shape through repeated washing. What we are after is depth without weight — density built through weave, twist and dye rather than through heavy cloth.

Every piece is offered two ways. Standard Size, in our own fit — shirts S to 2XL, trousers waist 30 to 38. Or Tailored Fit, cut to your own measurements, at no extra cost. Nothing about the second option costs more than the first, because a garment that fits is not a premium feature.

And every garment, Standard Size or Tailored Fit, includes The Fitting: choose a tailor you trust, have the piece adjusted to the fit you prefer, and we pay ₹500 towards it. One claim per garment, for two years from delivery. No bill or receipt required.
