YAEYAH is a limited-production menswear house. Each composition is made with intention. Our return structure reflects that.
All return and replacement requests are initiated directly from your order — log into your account, go to the order, and use the Request Return button. Select the item, choose your reason, and specify your preferred size if requesting a replacement.
Standard Dispatch
Standard Dispatch orders are fulfilled in the size you select at checkout, without prior fit consultation.
Replacement or exchange: Accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Initiate via the Request Return button in your order. Return shipping is at the customer's cost.
Returns for refund: Not accepted for fit or preference reasons. Exchanges only. We do not issue refunds on Standard Dispatch orders for sizing issues.
Defective or incorrect items: Contact atelier@yaeyah.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Full replacement or refund at no cost.
Tailored Fit
Tailored Fit orders go through a personal fit consultation via WhatsApp before dispatch. Your proportions are on record. Your set leaves only after you approve the fit.
Replacement: Accepted within 14 days of delivery. Initiate via the Request Return button in your order and select your preferred size. Exchange shipping is complimentary. Our team reviews your fit consultation before dispatch to ensure the replacement is correctly sized.
Return for refund: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for genuine fit issues. Initiate via the Request Return button.
Defective or incorrect items: Contact atelier@yaeyah.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Full replacement or refund at no cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, customised or altered pieces, and items purchased during sample sales cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India).
