Twill runs the yarn on a diagonal rather than a square grid. That is what gives the cloth its faint lustre, its drape, and its willingness to take a centre crease and keep it.
Single pleated. Cut clean through the front, with a straight line from knee to hem. Belt loops, slant side pockets.

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with similar colours.
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry — line dry away from direct sun.
Iron warm on the reverse to protect the twill's surface.
