Where we ship

Across India, and to twenty-eight countries including the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, Japan, South Korea and most of the European Union.

What it costs

India — free, on every order.

International — ₹1,700, flat, wherever we send it.

When it leaves us

A Standard Size piece is dispatched within one to two working days.

A Tailored Fit piece is cut once we have your measurements — two to three days — and goes out as soon as it is finished.

How long it takes

Within India, three to six working days after dispatch. International, ten to twenty-one working days, depending on the destination and its customs.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, its progress is out of our hands.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is collected.

Duties and taxes

Indian prices include GST. International orders may attract customs duty and local tax on arrival. These are levied by the destination country, payable by you, and we can neither calculate them in advance nor refund them.

Addresses

We ship to the address given at checkout. If it is wrong, tell us the same day — once a parcel is dispatched we cannot redirect it. Anything returned to us as undeliverable is refunded less the shipping cost.
