The Fitting — one adjustment on us, for two years

Your YAEYAH garment is cut to fit as it should from the first wear. The Fitting is there for later.

Bodies change, and a good garment should keep up. So for two years from delivery, one fit adjustment with a tailor you trust is on us — ₹500, paid straight to you.

The terms

A flat ₹500. Not a maximum, not a share of the bill — the same amount every time, so you know it before you walk into the tailor’s shop.

One claim per garment, not per order. Two shirts means two claims.

Two years from delivery.

Any tailor you like. We do not have a list.

No bill, no photographs, no form.

Standard Size and Tailored Fit alike.

What it covers

Adjustments within the garment’s inlay — waist, seat, length, sleeve. The cloth is cut with enough allowance for a tailor to work with, and that is the work The Fitting is for.

It does not cover remaking a garment, or repairing wear. If a piece has been cut against the wrong measurements, that is our error and we remake it at our cost. That is a different thing, and it is not what this is.

Why two years

Most alteration promises are a patch for a first fit that missed. This is not that.

A shirt that fits you in March may not fit you the same way in October. You change; the garment does not. Two years is long enough for that to matter, and the point of The Fitting is that the piece keeps fitting rather than merely starting out right.

So there is no need to use it the week it arrives. Wear the garment. Use The Fitting when it stops sitting the way you want.

How to claim

Send us one message on WhatsApp with four things:

  • Your order number
  • Which garment
  • What you had adjusted
  • Your UPI ID or UPI QR code

₹500 goes to your UPI within one working day. There is nothing to upload and nothing to wait for.

Why we ask what was adjusted

Not to check you. We do not ask for a bill precisely because we are not checking.

We ask because it tells us something we cannot learn any other way — where our pattern runs short for the man wearing it. Ten men taking in the waist is a fact about our cut, not about them. And for you, it updates the measure we hold, so the next piece we make begins where the last one ended.

One condition

Once a garment has been altered it cannot be returned. On a Standard Size piece, that means using The Fitting ends any remaining return eligibility.

The two run in sequence rather than together. The return window is about whether you keep the piece. The Fitting is about keeping it fitting. So if you are still deciding whether to keep it, decide that first.

Where to look next

How an order works sets out both fits and what happens after you order. The refund and return policy covers returns in full.
